A credit card guarantee will be required to confirm your reservation.
By sending us your credit card details you authorize us to charge it for your stay or in case of late cancelation:
- the total amount will be charged on your credit card upon reservation only when you book non refundable rates;
- your credit card will not be charged if your reservation is canceled within the cancelation terms shown here below.
Poggio Angelarosa can verify your credit card or pre-authorize any due amount at any time after receiving your reservation.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Your reservation can be canceled or modified as follows:
Reservation at Standard rate
- Nothing will be charged if your reservation is canceled within 14 days before arrival.
- If your reservation is canceled from 13 to 7 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card.
- If your reservation is canceled from 6 to 1 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card.
- If your reservation is canceled on the arrival date and in case of no show, the total amount will be charged on your credit card.
Reservation at Non Refundable rate
If you book a non refundable rate, the total amount will be charged upon reservation.
In case of cancelation or early departure, there will be no refund.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
- Check-in: from 4:30 pm to 8 pm
- Check-out: within 10 am
CITY TAX
Tourist tax is not included in the total and must be paid directly upon arrival at the property.
Tourist tax is EUR 2.00 per person per night from March 1 to October 31 and is charged for the first 7 nights of stay.
Tourist tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
EXTRA
- Parking: When booking, you can request to use a parking space in a private parking agreement at a cost of EUR 20.00 per night.
- Late check out: You can request to leave the apartment after 10:00 a.m. for an additional fee of EUR 50.00. The request will be evaluated based on the availability of the apartment.
